New Year's at Jimmy's

Book: $125 per person for the first seating three-course dinner / $325 per person for the second seating four-course meal / $525 for VIP seating five-courses + personal wine concierge service from Wine Director Greg Van Wagner (VIP parties of four or more will receive a complimentary bottle of Cristal)

Notes: Having sold out the last five winters, the hottest New Year's party in Snowmass returns with a four-course dinner, champagne all evening long, and a live band.

Notes: Few resorts cater to families more than Beaver Creek. The NYE bash is 100-percent family focused including arcade-style games, arts and crafts, caricatures, face painting, giveaways, two balloon drops, a DJ, dancing, and more.
ULEY'S CABIN SLEIGH RIDE DINNER
Where: Uley's Cabin
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Attire: Dress warmly
Book: Five-course, prix-fixe "French Flair" Colorado Dinner
Where: Steamboat Grand
Time: 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Notes: Celebrated in the Steamboat Grand ballroom, this event is family-style with a prime-rib buffet, grilled-cheese station, DJ, clowns, face painting, and a "junior" countdown to the New Year.
Where: Steamboat Ski and Resort
Hosted by: Korbel
Time: 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Book: $50 per person
Notes: Take the gondola to the top of the Yampa Valley and dance the night away in the "champagne powder room." Live music, festive libations, chocolate fountain, and dim sum abound. (Notes: This event is 21+ and guests dining on NYE at Hazie's, Four Points, Ragnar's, Haymaker and Western BBQ will have free admittance to the Korbel party.)
Where: Gorrono Ranch (mid-mountain)
Time: There are two sleigh departures 5 and 5:30 p.m.
Book: $200/person for adults (and includes alcohol), $100 for young adults (ages 13 – 21), $55 for children (ages 6 – 12) children under 6 are free.
Notes: The best place to see the annual Torchlight Parade (above) and fireworks. The buffet-style dinner will include prime rib, carved lamb racks, grilled salmon, roasted garlic mashed Yukon gold potatoes, sweet potato casserole and much more.
Time: Doors open at 9 p.m.; music starts at 10:30 p.m.
Attire: Black tie (Telluride-style)
Notes: Austin-based southern soul and blues sensation Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears will be rocking until the wee hours.
Holidaze Torchlight Parade
Where: Golden Peak
Time: 6:15 p.m.
Notes: Gather at Golden Peak to watch the annual Torchlight Parade and fireworks over Golden Peak. Watch as ski instructors and Vail locals form a glowing train as they ski down.
